Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of consulting experience in value and market access.
• Proven ability to lead multiple engagements, teams and client relationships.
• Strong primary research experience with payers/KOLs and value strategy.
• Familiarity with payer evidence requirements and European HTA frameworks.
• Experience with proposals, account growth and follow-on work generation.

• Lead multiple engagements; accountable for end-to-end delivery, quality and profitability.
• Generate insights, develop strategic recommendations and act as a senior subject-matter expert.
• Lead and develop project teams; oversee timelines, budgets, scope and deliverables.
• Own senior client relationships and proactively identify client needs.
• Lead business development activities, including proposals, scoping and follow-on work generation.
• Conduct and oversee payer/KOL primary research independently.
• Develop payer value narratives and assess pricing, evidence and access scenarios.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional development.
• Lead internal capability-building and practice-development initiatives.

Requirements
