Job summary

A leading property consultancy is looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate Valuation Surveyor to join their National Valuation Team in Gloucester. This role focuses on delivering Red Book-compliant valuations across various property types. Ideal candidates will have MRICS Chartered Surveyor qualifications and at least 2 years of PQE valuation experience. Qualifications

• Must be MRICS/FRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
• Minimum of 2 years PQE valuation experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial valuation, including mixed-use properties.

Responsibilities

• Maximize fee income for the team.
• Provide high quality valuation advice to clients.
