Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and deliver high-quality visual designs for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Develop and evolve design systems and visual style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate user needs and business goals into engaging, intuitive visuals.
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design standards across all touchpoints.
  
  

Top Requirements

Hard Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in visual, UX, or interaction design.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and user-focused thinking.

• Demonstrated experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines.
