Job Description:

This role is fully remote.

As part of your role you will be expected to:

PLANNING & REPORTING

• Collaborate with stakeholders, the web team, developers, and leadership to define UX/UI objectives and document design requirements.
• Plan and prioritize the user experience based on user roles and access levels, ensuring a tailored experience for each audience group.
• Provide regular updates on design progress and flag potential challenges early.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

• Design the website and mobile app considering various user experiences and journeys.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for a website and mobile app that includes role-based access, custom dashboards, and complex data visualizations.
• Ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience that integrates Tableau dashboards and presents data accessibly.
• Focus on responsive design for all devices and platforms.
• Ensure visualizations and content are integrated, aligned with branding, and optimized for engagement and accessibility.
• Design with the possibility of transforming the website into Android/iOS apps.

TESTING & QA

• Conduct testing of visualizations, content, and publications across devices.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing with the Knowledge Manager & Communications Team and end-users.
• Track and resolve issues during testing for a high-quality final product.

Expected experience:

• Proven UX/UI design experience for web applications and app development, especially in data-centric fields.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, including wireframing and prototyping.
• Knowledge of React JS and React Native.
• Experience in designing for role management and access control.
• Familiarity with Tableau and data visualization integration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Design, Digital Media, or related fields.
• UX/UI design certifications are a plus.
• Experience with role-based data access and customization.
• Certifications in data visualization, content management, or web development are advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in UX/UI, content deployment, website, and app development with a strong portfolio.
