Job summary

Sanderson is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to own and evolve the design system across global digital products. You will craft user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, leveraging research and analytics to improve experiences.

In this hands-on role, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams in an Agile environment and explore AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role with proven experience.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centred design and business impact.
• Advanced Figma skills and experience with design systems.
• Strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in AI-powered design tools and how they can improve workflows.

We're partnered with a global manufacturing organisation that's investing in its digital platforms and customer experience. They're looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to help improve and develop the user experience across a range of global digital products.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the organisation's design system, contribute to design direction and work closely with different teams to deliver consistent, user-centred digital experiences.

You'll also have the opportunity to explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can support and improve existing design processes.

What we're looking for:
