Zusammenfassung

LEGO Digital Play in London is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the player-facing experience of our Publishing Platform. This mobile-first role spans games and platform design, with ownership of UX from research to UI specs.

You will report to the Senior Director, Product in a newly created role that builds a design system and collaborates across engineers and product teams to deliver delightful, accessible experiences for kids, parents, and adult fans.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive UX experience with strong research emphasis, including mobile contexts.
• Ability to translate data from funnels and A/B tests into design decisions.
• Experience researching for a general audience (kids to adults) and age-appropriate methods.
• Portfolio or case studies showing shipped, player-facing mobile work with measurable outcomes.
• Strong fluency in mobile design across iOS/Android and responsive layouts.
• Understanding of how UI is implemented in game engines (Unity/Unreal).
• Proficiency with modern prototyping tools and AI-assisted workflows.

• Partner in player research to plan studies and translate insights into design direction.
• Own UX for mobile-facing platform features, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs.
• Design for a general audience across ages, ensuring safety and delight.
• Use analytics and A/B testing to identify friction and measure impact.

• Build a shared component design system for cross-team use.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design standards.
