Job summary

Omnicom Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to determine the user experience of our clients’ digital products. You will organize content, develop information architectures, document scenarios and use cases, and deliver detailed wireframes and function specifications, owning areas of work from design through to completion.

You will shape major features, ensure QA milestones, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and lead mid-level projects with autonomy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a multidisciplinary field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of related industry experience in UX, product design, or information technology.

Responsibilities

• Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces with wireframes, visual compositions, and prototypes that convey design intent and user feedback.
• Draw insights from analytics and research to inform design solutions.
• Provide guidance to design team members to improve work quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain design systems and interaction specifications.
• Manage time effectively to meet milestones and commitments.
• Lead mid-level design work with autonomy and authority across studios and sessions.
• Stay informed about new software and design concepts.
