Job summary

Interpublic is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer in London for a hybrid role. You will define user experiences for large-scale digital products, shaping features from concept to delivery, and collaborating with engineering to maintain design systems and specifications.

The ideal candidate has a multidisciplinary background, 3–5 years of UX experience, strong communication, and a proven track record of delivering intuitive, data-informed designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or multidisciplinary background in psychology, CS, information sciences, HCI, or related fields.

You have acute self-awareness and deep empathy for both the customer and our clients' goals.
