Job summary

Alexander Charles is seeking a Product UI/UX Lead to own the design of the customer journey and prototype high‑fidelity interfaces for our AI‑native, business‑facing service. This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of product, technology and customer insight, reporting to the Product Director.

You will collaborate with engineering to translate strategy into usable experiences, guide design standards, and run user research to feed the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Design, UX/UI or Service Design.
• Strong portfolio showing customer journey design and interface prototyping for business-facing products.
• Confident use of modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and enthusiasm for AI-assisted design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer journey design from discovery to detailed interaction design.
• Own UI prototyping with high-fidelity, testable prototypes for rapid engineering build-out.
• Translate product strategy and governance requirements into clear, structured user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are technically grounded and ship-ready.
• Run user research and usability testing to inform the product roadmap.
