Job summary

We’re partnered with an established digital experience agency to hire a Senior UX Designer in London. This hands-on role spans the full UX process, from discovery and research through to detailed design and implementation.

You’ll lead projects, conduct user research, produce flows and wireframes, run usability tests and present design rationale to clients and senior stakeholders. The role rewards strong collaboration across UI, engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level UX Designer with hands-on end-to-end UX experience across discovery to delivery.
• Agency experience across multiple client accounts is preferred.
• Strong ability to present to clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX work from discovery through to delivery.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes.
• Run usability testing and translate insights into improvements.
• Turn complex requirements into intuitive user journeys.
• Collaborate with UI Designers and Engineers to implement designs.
