Job summary

Red Badger is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its digital product delivery function in London. You will work across a wide range of languages and technologies, designing and shipping high-quality software while leading by example and mentoring peers.

You will collaborate with clients to ensure we deliver the right thing in the right way, contribute to agile ceremonies, and help upskill and embed modern development practices within client teams.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with experience across multiple languages and platforms.
• Proven ability to lead by example and mentor peers.
• Strong client-facing and collaboration skills in agile environments.

Responsibilities
