SOCOTEC Building Control Ltd is seeking a skilled Utility Surveyor to join their team in Coventry. The role involves delivering accurate utility mapping and survey services while using advanced technology on critical infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge in underground utility tracing and GPR, along with a full UK manual driving license. The role may involve travel across the UK and occasionally working night or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of underground utility tracing and GPR.
• Experience with a variety of environments and complex surveys.
• Working knowledge of PAS 128:2014 specification surveys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GPR and Utility Mapping surveys using advanced equipment.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and site surveyors.
• Mentor and train Trainee & Junior Surveyors as needed.
