Senior UX Designer – Fintech Lending Platform

We’re building a new kind of digital lending platform tailored for the property sector, and we’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape it from the ground up. This is a chance to work on something meaningful—making complex financial processes feel simple, intuitive, and even enjoyable.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing user flows, wireframes, and polished prototypes that make lending workflows easy to understand and use.
Turning complicated financial logic into clean, accessible interfaces.
Creating and maintaining a design system that keeps everything consistent and scalable.
Working closely with developers to bring your designs to life.
Sharing your ideas and design rationale with the team and stakeholders.
Iterating based on feedback and real-world usage data.

What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of experience designing digital products—ideally in fintech, banking, or a related field.
A strong grasp of how to turn complex requirements into clear, user-friendly designs.
Comfortable working with numbers and financial concepts—you don’t need to be an accountant, but you should be able to follow the logic.
Experience working in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Great communication skills—you can explain your thinking clearly and collaborate well with others.
A portfolio that shows how you’ve solved tricky UX problems in the past.
Bonus points if you’ve got some project management experience too.

Nice to Have

A background in design, HCI, computer science, or a STEM subject.
Experience working in agile teams with quick iteration cycles.
