Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp™ is partnering with an independent design consultancy to hire a Senior UX Designer for its London team. The role is hybrid, typically 2-3 days a week in the London Bridge office, with opportunities to influence across digital products and services.

You will lead from discovery to design, run workshops, and translate research into clear direction, working with researchers, strategists and clients to untangle complex journeys and shape the next steps.

Qualifications

• Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio of UX work.
• Experience turning research into clear insight, priorities and design direction.
• Comfort moving between research, synthesis, journeys, flows and prototypes.
• Ability to own initiatives when briefs are not fully defined.
• Ideally consultancy or agency experience and willingness to work across problems.

Hybrid - typically 2-3 days a week in the London Bridge office

We're working with an independent design consultancy looking for a Senior UX Designer to join its London team.

The studio works across digital products, services and complex customer experiences, usually on briefs where there's still plenty to understand before anyone starts designing the answer.

You might be untangling a difficult end-to-end journey, working out how a new service should fit together, turning research into a clearer experience direction, or helping a client make sense of a problem that spans several users, systems and touchpoints.

It's a hands-on UX role, with some service design and strategy around it. You'll work alongside researchers, strategists, designers, technologists and client teams, but stay close to the work itself: research, journeys, flows, concepts, prototypes and the decisions that connect them.

The work

You

• Come from UX, experience design, or a closely related discipline


• Have a portfolio showing strong UX work and how your thinking developed


• Are comfortable moving between research, synthesis, journeys, flows and prototypes


• Can take ownership when the brief isn't neatly defined


• Think beyond individual screens and understand the wider experience around them


• Know how to make complex journeys and systems easier to understand


• Can hold your own in conversations with senior clients and stakeholders


• Ideally have consultancy or agency experience and enjoy moving between different problems


• Still want to be close to the work, rather than move entirely into strategy or management

It should suit someone who likes the variety of consultancy, enjoys the difficult early stages of a problem and wants enough ownership to genuinely shape what gets made.
