Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in the UK is seeking a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist (Bladder & Bowel) to lead specialist nursing services within the National Spinal Injuries Centre. The role focuses on bladder and bowel care, patient pathways and clinical governance, based at Stoke Mandeville/Aylesbury.

Key responsibilities include staff leadership, service management, and ongoing professional development across the clinical nursing team.

Qualifications

Valid NMC PIN and extensive experience in Urology/Continence care.
Minimum 7 years nursing experience.
Experience with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
Continence/Urology qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide professional leadership, support and supervision to nursing staff.
Contribute to operational management of bladder, bowel and continence services.
Support clinical governance, incident reporting and quality assurance processes.
Deliver educational programmes and mentorship to nursing colleagues.
Support development of patient pathways, clinical governance and service improvement initiatives.
Monitor performance indicators and ensure service objectives are met.
Competently manage staff and ensure professional development.
