Job summary

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Bladder & Bowel) for the National Spinal Injuries Centre in Aylesbury. The role focuses on neurogenic bladder/bowel management, education, and pathway development across NHS settings.

Requires strong Urology experience, NMC PIN, and a minimum of three years nursing experience. The post involves working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, with a base salary in the £45k–£55k range and eligibility for Hollister's bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC PIN
• Proven experience in Urology/Continence care
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience
• Demonstratable Urology clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support for patients with neurogenic bladder and bowel dysfunction
• Support patients with spinal cord injury and complex neurological conditions requiring bladder and bowel management
• Provide advice on bladder emptying, bowel management programmes and continence strategies
• Develop neurogenic bladder and bowel pathways across healthcare settings
• Support delivery of urodynamics services and patient education
