Sweco is seeking a Senior/Principal Wastewater Modeller based in Bristol. In this role, you will lead and deliver urban drainage modelling projects, ensuring quality control and mentoring junior modellers. You will work on innovative modelling projects that contribute to significant environmental outcomes in various public and private sectors.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Infoworks ICM and a strong understanding of GIS and water quality modelling. The position offers flexible working arrangements and potential for career progression within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Experience in the model build and verification of integrated catchment models.
• Experience with GIS and hydraulic modelling software is essential.
• Track record in mentoring team members less experienced in this field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of urban drainage modelling work.
• Engage with clients’ technical teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training to colleagues.
• Develop innovative modelling tools.

Conocimientos

Experience in integrated catchment models

GIS software experience (ArcGIS, Mapinfo)

Experience in water quality modelling

Mentoring skills

Project management experience

Educación

Chartered status with ICE or CIWEM (for Principal role)
