Job summary

Sweco is seeking a Senior/Principal Wastewater Modeller based in Manchester to lead a team in delivering innovative modelling projects. You will manage project costs, quality assurance, and engage with clients’ technical teams while developing modelling processes.

Ideally, you have strong experience with Infoworks ICM, GIS, and have a track record in mentoring. The role offers flexible working hours and diverse projects with opportunities for growth and independent work.

Qualifications

• Experience in model build and verification of integrated catchment models.
• Experience of water quality modelling and/or undertaking UPM studies.
• Experience managing modelling teams from a commercial perspective.
• Understanding of the market and interest in diversifying client range.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering a programme of modelling work.
• Manage cost and programme while delivering technical work.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior modellers.
• Develop modelling processes and tools for various projects.
