Job summary

King is seeking a Senior/Principal Unity Developer to shape technical approaches, lead initiatives across core systems, architecture, tools, and pipelines, and help build a scalable technical foundation for a brand-new game.

You will own complex initiatives, collaborate with engineers and designers, mentor teammates, and drive improvements in code quality, performance, and maintainability while delivering robust gameplay experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive software development experience.
• Strong experience with Unity and C#.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and ability to quickly adapt to new codebases.
• Experience working with complex codebases and scalable systems.
• Experience creating and supporting tools and pipelines for game development.
• Experience with mobile development and platform best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines, including designers and engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently.

Responsibilities
