About the Role

Our Property Team seeks a Senior Underwriter with recognized experience and visibility in the UK, Ireland, and Wholesale Market, with a proven track record in underwriting multinational and domestic large and medium-sized corporates. A strong background in building property insurance programmes is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and assessing property submissions regarding exposures and coverages, negotiating optimal positions for Corporate Solutions
• Underwriting for existing and new clients
• Developing strategies to expand current accounts and cross-sell other lines of business in collaboration with client managers
• Preparing quotations, structuring programmes, and proposing solutions
• Contributing to market-responsive development of offerings

About You

We seek an open-minded, trustworthy, and enthusiastic team player capable of engaging constructively in challenging conversations. Strong communication, negotiation, and partnership skills are required. Comfort with performing under pressure and taking initiative is essential. Key qualifications include:

• 5-10 years of relevant property underwriting experience, including leadership roles in servicing insurance programmes
