Spatial Dimensions Ltd in Sevenoaks seeks a Senior Underground Utility Surveyor to lead utility mapping projects across the UK. You will use PAS128-compliant methods, operate GPR and locator instruments, and post-process data for detailed surveys.

The role demands physical work, site travel, and a proactive approach to safety and accuracy. You'll join a professional surveying team offering training, progression toward professional memberships, and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualificações

• 7+ years experience delivering utility surveys.
• Understanding hazards and communicating health & safety risks on site.
• Work without direct supervision and make technical decisions on projects.
• Demonstrable teamwork on surveys.
• Experience with GPR, electromagnetic locators, and data post-processing.
• Experience with CAD drawings and survey software.
• Full clean UK driving license and CSCS card.
• Beneficial: CCTV surveys knowledge (Wincan), GPS/Total stations, N4ce.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out all aspects of utility mapping projects with PAS128 compliance.
• Communicate instructions clearly and share information with team and clients.
• Maintain health and safety standards and follow company policies.
• Plan daily activities across multiple projects to meet productivity goals.
• Assist in data processing for detailed PAS128 surveys.
