Job summary

Barclay Simpson is recruiting a Regulatory Compliance Manager for our London branch. This hybrid role combines strategic advisory with hands-on oversight of monitoring and testing, reporting to senior management.

You will lead horizon scanning and regulatory advisory work, ensuring robust controls and strong regulator relationships across a major international bank. Candidates should have extensive FS compliance leadership and UK regulatory experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Financial Services compliance (5+ in leadership).
• Strong PRA/FCA regulatory knowledge.
• Experience across retail and corporate banking.

An international bank with a growing UK presence is looking for a seasoned Regulatory Compliance professional to join its London branch.

This is a visible role leading a small team and supporting senior management across regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring, and control testing.

You must have corporate banking/retail banking experience.
