Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to set up a UK Sales and Service office from scratch for a European packaging machinery manufacturer serving the food and beverage sector. This home-based role offers a six-figure package and future prospects to recruit and manage a UK team.

You will identify and win new business from a zero base, while building turnover and a service operation over 3 to 5 years, covering the UK and Ireland markets.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced field sales professional with a proven track record of new business development.
• Experience selling packaging machinery to the food and beverage markets.
• Ideally with a technical or engineering background.
• Ambitious to build and manage UK Sales and Service office within 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business for a European packaging machinery manufacturer in the UK.
