Job summary

Symity is seeking a senior Team Lead to own customer solution design and lead deployments across Anywhere365/AnywhereNow and Dynamics 365 Contact Center projects. You will engage with customers from presales through to delivery into support teams while mentoring a team of UC & CC consultants and engineers.

You will provide direction, drive performance, manage resources, and ensure high-quality designs, documentation and handover. Strong consulting experience and platform knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and delivering Contact Centre solutions with Anywhere365/AnywhereNow and/or Dynamics 365 CC.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing delivery roles; mentoring or coaching a team.
• Deep understanding of Anywhere365/AnywhereNOW workflows, IVR design, WebAgent and reporting; Dynamics 365 CC features.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams Phone integration with UC/CC platforms (SIP, SBCs, telephony).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UC & CC professional services team; provide direction and escalation support.
• Track performance, conduct 1:1s, and drive continuous improvement; ensure timely activity recording.
• Identify skill gaps; partner with leadership to enhance technical knowledge and growth.
• Manage resources and respond to leave requests; flexibly meet project deadlines.
• Provide technical oversight for pre-sales engagements and end-to-end delivery; author high/low level designs.
• Support ongoing client relationships and assist during complex issue escalations; out-of-hours work as needed.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with standards; contribute to Symity collateral.
• Drive process improvements and share lessons learned; contribute to Symity strategic direction.
• Contribute to Symity marketing through social media and blogs.
