You will blend cutting-edge mechanical design with hardware integration, setting technical standards and representing engineering in architecture and supplier decisions in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level UAV design experience and hands-on hardware integration.
• Experience leading design lifecycle from concept to production.
• Ability to set technical direction and balance performance, manufacturability and cost.

• Take design authority for UAV platforms across mechanical, electronic and integration workstreams.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, reviewing their work and supporting development.
• Own key design decisions, trade-offs, and project timelines.
