Nexus Jobs Limited is recruiting an experienced Acceptance Testing Manager (OAT) or Unit Testing Manager (UAT) to join a growing test team on a large insurance transformation in London. The role requires cross‑functional leadership, vendor management and strong communication to align stakeholders and ensure successful testing outcomes.

Based in Bromley, South East London, this 6‑month contract offers a negotiable rate and an opportunity to contribute to critical insurance system transformation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UAT/OAT management and testing.
• Experience in distributed test environments and vendor management.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Tomcat, Informatica/SQL/Oracle and Mulesoft.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT/OAT activities and define test strategy for the programme.
• Manage vendors and off‑the‑shelf products within the transformation.
• Highlight risks, issues and key operational requirements for design/execution.
• Maintain strong collaboration with test teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery on a 6‑month contract basis.
