Job summary

La Fosse has partnered with an exciting organisation in the environmental services sector delivering a significant transformation programme. They are looking for an experienced UAT Test Manager to take ownership of the User Acceptance Testing phase across a key strategic project in Milton Keynes.

The role is an initial contract, 2 days per week, outside IR35. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end UAT delivery, coordinate business stakeholders, manage test governance, and drive readiness

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end UAT delivery on complex change or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading UAT teams and coordinating business users.
• Solid understanding of test governance and release readiness.

UAT Manager – £500 outside IR35 – Milton Keynes (2 days per week)

Please note: This is an initial contract role that occasional travel to Milton Keynes will be required as part of this role.

La Fosse has partnered with an exciting organisation within the environmental services sector that is currently delivering a significant transformation programme. They are looking for an experienced UAT Test Manager to take ownership of the User Acceptance Testing phase across a key strategic project.

The successful candidate will have proven experience leading end-to-end UAT delivery, coordinating business stakeholders and UAT testers, and ensuring successful test execution through to sign-off. This role requires a strong understanding of UAT governance, planning, defect management, and business readiness activities, alongside exposure to automated testing practices and working closely with Quality Engineering team .

Key requirements:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end UAT delivery on complex change or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading UAT teams and coordinating business users.
• Solid understanding of test governance and release readiness.
• Exposure to automation testing frameworks and automation-led delivery environments.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Experience working with Jira for Test/Defect Management
• Experience working within Logistics or Manufacturing (Desirable not essential)
