Kwalee is a leading mobile, PC and console publisher seeking a hands‑on Lead UA Manager to steer user acquisition across a dynamic portfolio of live hits and upcoming titles. You will grow and mentor a team of UA Managers, partner with creative and analytics to optimize campaigns, and drive profitable scale across channels.

Kwalee’s Product & Growth team is looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to steer User Acquisition across our mobile portfolio: live hits, much-loved classics, and exciting new games looking for their big break.
We’ll shape the title around your experience, from Senior UA Manager to Lead UA Manager or even Head of UA, because it’s the impact that matters.
This role is for you if you’re a hands‑on UA leader who gets a real buzz from spotting where the next profitable pound of spend is hiding, and proving it. You’ll grow a team of UA Managers who proudly own their games and bring an investor’s eye to the whole portfolio, so every game and every campaign earns its place in the spotlight.
This role is based onsite 5 days per week at our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in‑office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
