Job summary

Deliverance AI is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own type safety and conventions across our TypeScript stack. You will lead rigorous code reviews in an AI-assisted workflow, enforce standards, and mentor the team to raise overall code quality.

You’ll contribute hands-on across services, APIs and front-ends on a London-hybrid Platform Engineering team, shaping patterns that keep a fast-moving codebase safe and readable as the stack evolves.

Qualifications

• Deep TypeScript expertise with advanced typing skills.
• Proven ability to review large codebases and enforce standards.
• Experience mentoring teammates and improving code fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own conventions, standards and type safety across the stack.
• Lead rigorous code reviews in AI-assisted workflows.
• Set engineering standards: typing, linting, patterns.
• Mentor teammates through reviews and pairing sessions.
• Refactor critical paths to strengthen boundaries and inference.
• Collaborate with QA on automated quality gates and CI checks.
• Contribute hands-on across services, APIs and front-ends.
