Chadwick Nott represents a leading national firm recruiting an Associate in Trusts & Estates (Non Contentious) in Exeter. The role requires 4+ years PQE and offers hybrid flexibility with a permanent, full-time basis.

You will handle wills, trust creation and administration, probate, tax planning, and heritage asset advisory for high net worth clients, with strong drafting and client-relations focus.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Private Wealth or Trusts & Estates.
• Strong knowledge across wills, trusts, probate, and tax.
• Excellent communication and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Proactive, ambitious and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
• Advise on heritage, art and other valuable assets for high net worth clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and professional advisers.
