What is the role?

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Systems Analyst to join Group Treasury. The role is based in our Central London office with a hybrid working arrangement.

The Senior Treasury Systems Analyst will be responsible for the Group Treasury Management System, Online Banking System Administration, Banking Connectivity, and system testing for Cash Pooling projects and other system integrations into TMS. The candidate will report to the Senior Manager – Treasury Transformation and support other projects within Group Treasury and the wider group.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a Treasury function within the Financial Services or Insurance sectors, along with the key competencies outlined below.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Central London, with an expected onsite presence of 2-3 days per week under the hybrid work pattern.

What will you be doing?

• Managing global online banking systems and TMS, ensuring static data feeds are accurate and resolving any errors.
• Managing user access rights across regions, with regular documentation and reviews.
• Implementing initiatives to transition Treasury and business units from online banking portals to a centralized Global TMS with Swift bureau.
• Developing new Global TMS functionalities to support daily operations and integrating with GL/ERP systems.
• Identifying opportunities to improve automation and streamline processes.
• Participating in global Treasury cash pooling system integration projects, including E2E IHB testing and CAMT053 statement mock-ups.
• Supporting banking connectivity, products, and services related to Open Banking, Digital Asset Tokenization, APIs, and TMS integrations.
• Monitoring daily dashboards for connectivity issues.
• Serving as the point of contact for static data, payments, and settlements inquiries.
• Liaising with internal IT teams and external banking partners globally to ensure smooth banking statement and payment feed operations.
• Leading daily processes and system workflows to maintain effective controls.
• Providing technical support to the Treasury operations manager and Senior Treasury Manager for daily activities and new initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Treasury role within Financial Services or Insurance industries.
• Experience with SWIFT MT & MX messaging and ISO20022 XML payment files.
• Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems.
• Strong prioritization skills and effective time management.
• Experience in producing accurate, timely reports and analysis.
• Attention to detail, self-review skills, and a good understanding of financial controls and reconciliations.
