The Senior Travel Executive role is responsible for booking and managing all aspects of corporate travel for private clients and VIPs, working with colleagues across the globe to drive initiatives and smarter ways of working.

• 3+ years of experience within a travel management company.
• GDS experience (Galileo preferred).
• Proven knowledge of airfares, ticketing, reissues, published fares.

Responsabilités

• Manage client travel requirements, incl. VIP travel, while understanding client preferences and needs.
• Analyse enquiries and craft logistical itineraries meeting budgets and requirements.
• Fully service VIP enquiries, bookings and ticketing with high standards and documentation.
• Report, investigate and resolve errors or client complaints with top customer service.
• Manage Quality Control procedures and tasks.
• Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately.
• Negotiate best rates from vendors to reduce client expenditure and maximize profitability.

The role of Senior Travel Executive has responsibility for booking and managing all aspects of Corporate client travel requests.

You’ll team up with colleagues across the globe to drive exciting company initiatives and uncover smarter, more innovative ways of working.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.
• Analyse all enquiries and requests received from clients and decide on the best options to offer. Formulate logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and specific requirements are met.
• Fully service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation. Ensure all air, rail, hotel and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations.
• Report, investigate and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
• Manage Quality Control (QC) procedures and tasks.
• Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately
• Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure. Assess all potential revenue and income streams for maximum company profitability.

• 3+ years of relevant experience within a travel management company
• GDS experience (Galileo preferred)
• Proven working knowledge and experience of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, reissues, published airfares, flight and hotel bookings
• Experience handling VIP, Corporate, entertainment clients and/or group travel
