Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for Band 8a ACP TAC Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will provide senior clinical and operational leadership for the Trauma Assessment Coordination Team across Poole and Bournemouth hospitals.

You will lead two front‑door services, oversee quality, safety, governance, patient experience, workforce and service improvement, and work closely with medical leads, matrons and managers to meet changing

Qualifications

• Senior clinical experience in Trauma and Orthopaedics.
• Strong communication and operational management skills.
• Experience managing quality, safety, performance and workforce challenges.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior clinical and operational leadership for the Trauma Assessment Coordination Team across Poole and Bournemouth.
• Oversee quality, safety, governance, patient experience, workforce, performance and service improvement for Trauma and Orthopaedics.
• Collaborate with the Senior Matron, medical leads, ward leads and managers to meet changing patient needs and optimise capacity.
