Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

• Experience producing Transport Notes, Statements, Assessments, and Travel Plans.
• Understanding of local and national transport policies.
• Proficiency in junction capacity modelling software (e.g., Junctions 10, LinSig/Quickgreen), and industry software like TRICS and TEMPro.
• Skilled in GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS, MapInfo, Basemap TRACC.
• Proficient in preliminary highway design using AutoCAD and relevant guidelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience liaising with clients and stakeholders, project management, and mentoring junior staff.
• Membership in a professional institution (CIHT, IHE, TPS) or seeking chartership.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ industry experience and a desire to advance your career.
