The company has been operating for over 30 years, providing independent and comprehensive planning advice across the UK. With eight offices nationwide, they serve both public and private sector clients. Their projects include major Speedway tracks, residential housing, and schools.

Current Projects

They are currently working on projects such as:

• Regeneration of derelict halls into self-contained flats
• Obtaining full planning permission for underutilized employment land to develop two commercial units and five flats in Bristol

Other projects include:

• Distribution of development to sustainable rural settlements
• Erection of six houses in Rugby
• Planning strategy advice for a temporary exhibition of artwork from famous artists
