Role Overview

As a Senior Transport Planner, you will oversee planning activities for a fleet of articulated vehicles and drivers, working under pressure to maximize revenue while complying with legal constraints and maintaining high customer service standards. You will collaborate with Directors to shape the business's future growth.

Key requirements include:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in transport planning
• Over 2 years' experience in general haulage
• Knowledge of drivers’ hours regulations and operating costs
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• CPC qualification or working towards it
• Proficient computer skills

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (discussed during interview).
