Qualifications

• Proven experience operating at Transport Operations Manager level or equivalent in large-scale transport operations.
• Demonstrable experience maintaining full legal compliance on Operator’s Licence.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation, compliance, and safety standards including driver hours and vehicle standards.

• Manage safety and compliance breaches appropriately.
• Drive positive change and engage culture at local site level.
• Own continuous improvement initiatives and controllable costs.
• Develop shift managers through IDPs and coaching.
