Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking a Senior/Principal Transport Engineer for an Enderby-based role in Leicester. You will lead a team on projects across commercial, residential, and education sectors, with project values up to £50 million. Hybrid working and progression opportunities are offered.

The role requires a Chartered or near-chartership candidate with 5+ years' post-graduate experience and strong knowledge of transport policies and modelling tools.

Qualifications

• BEng/MEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered or working towards chartership through ICE, CIHT or TPP.
• Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in transport engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Transport Statements and Transport Assessments.
• Carry out complex junction analysis and reporting.
• Mentor and develop junior staff within the transport team.
• Coordinate with highways engineers, planning consultants and clients.
