NWF Fuels Ltd. in Kenilworth is seeking a Senior Transport Coordinator to lead our Central region. You’ll oversee a regional team, sign off transport plans across 12 sites, and ensure compliance with tachograph and O-Licence rules while driving cost efficiency and improvements.

The role offers hybrid working with two days in the office, one visiting sites, and two from home, with a clear path toward Transport Management in a growing national business.

Competenze

• Transport Coordinator or Supervisor experience with line management.
• Strong knowledge of tachograph, drivers’ hours and O-Licence rules.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel the region.
• Fuel, tanker or ADR experience is a bonus, but not essential.

At NWF Fuels, our vision is simple: to keep the nation warm, working and moving. We’re the UK’s third-largest fuel distributor, and we’re building a new regional transport team to help us do it even better.

We’re looking for a Senior Transport Coordinator to lead our Central region from our Kenilworth office. It’s a genuine step up into regional leadership, with real balance.

Kenilworth, Warwickshire-based hub, travel across the Central region

Monday to Friday, around 8:30am to 5pm, with no weekends and no on-call

2 days in the office, 1 day visiting sites, 2 days from home

Paying up to £45,000, plus a great benefits package

What you’ll do:

• Own and sign off the daily transport plan across our 12 Central sites
• Lead a Regional Planner and three Transport Coordinators across AM and PM shifts
• Keep us compliant on O-Licence, tachograph and drivers’ hours
• Track OTIF, overtime and cost to serve, and drive improvements
• Help recruit and build your own team

What we’re looking for:

• Transport Coordinator or Supervisor experience, including line management
