NWF Fuels, the UK's third-largest fuel distributor, is seeking a Senior Transport Coordinator for its Central region. This role offers regional leadership and a chance to influence planning, people and performance in a hybrid setup with a blend of office, site and home working.

You will own the daily transport plan across 12 sites, manage a regional team, ensure O-Licence compliance and drive OTIF improvements. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel weekly are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Transport Coordinator or Supervisor with line management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of tachographs, drivers hours, and O-Licence rules.
• Experience signing off daily transport plans and using performance data.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
• Fuel, tanker or ADR experience is a bonus but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Own and sign off the daily transport plan across 12 Central sites.
• Line manage a Regional Planner and three Transport Coordinators across AM and PM shifts.
• Oversee O-Licence, tachograph and drivers’ hours compliance.
• Track OTIF, overtime and cost to serve.
• Help recruit and build the Central team.
