NWF Fuels Ltd is seeking a Head of Regional Operations for the Central Region. Based at the Kenilworth hub, you will own the region end to end, leading multi-site transport and distribution with accountability for safety, budget and customer delivery.

You will shape regional strategy, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with a senior leadership team to challenge industry norms. A strong track record in logistics leadership is essential.

We’re hiring: Head of Regional Operations – Central Region

At NWF Fuels, our vision is simple: to keep the nation warm, working and moving. We’re the UK’s third-largest fuel distributor, serving 117,000 homes, farms and businesses from 32 depots across England and Wales.

Now we’re entering a bold new chapter. A new senior leadership team is investing in our people, fleet and technology, and rolling out a regional operating model that puts real ownership closer to our customers. Our Central region, right in the heart of the Midlands, is key to delivering it.

Based at our Kenilworth hub, leading depots across the Midlands

This isn’t a coordination role. You’ll own the region end to end:

• Safety, compliance and protecting our operator licence
• The regional budget, cost control and efficiency
• Delivering for our customers, on time and in full
• Leading our Regional Transport Managers, planners and tanker drivers across multiple depots

You’ll have real autonomy, freedom within a framework, and a direct line to a leadership team that wants to challenge how our industry has always worked.

We’d love to hear from commercially sharp, visible operations leaders who have led change across multi-site transport or distribution. Fuel or ADR experience is a bonus, but not essential. Fresh thinking from wider logistics is very welcome.

Salary: £74,000 - £85,000 + up to 25% annual bonus + car allowance + 25 days’ holiday
