Job summary

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of power transformers and related electrical infrastructure. Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within power, utilities or energy infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship management.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of transformer projects from contract award to handover.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and commercial performance.
• Be the primary customer contact and ensure clear communication across lifecycle.
• Coordinate supply, logistics, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, planning and site teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/opportunities and apply mitigation strategies.
• Oversee financials: forecasting, cost control, invoicing, cash flow.
• Support contract administration, change management, claims and close-out.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders; ensure HSE and quality standards.
