Job summary

Huntsman is seeking a Project Manager Lead EMEAI at its Duxford site to drive the transformation programme, with optional travel to regional and global locations. The role reports to the Site Manager and Duxford leadership team, focusing on customer experience, supply chain readiness, manufacturing efficiency and employee development.

Qualifications

University degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations or related discipline.
At least 10 years in industrial operations with transformation experience.
Strong project/programme management and stakeholder management skills.
Lean Manufacturing knowledge; Lean Six Sigma beneficial.
English fluency; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day execution of the Duxford transformation programme and maintain a milestone-driven roadmap.
Create structure across workstreams, owners, deliverables, dependencies and completion criteria.
Collaborate with site teams from operators to senior leaders to move projects forward.
Influence without direct authority, set clear expectations and challenge delays or weak plans.
Prioritise effectively, manage risks and resources, elevate issues at the right time.
Establish governance and reporting to support decisions and sustainable results.
