Responsibilities

• Lead our most complex cross-functional transformation projects from idea to delivery.
• Turn broad business needs into clear scope, outcomes and plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and clarify roles within the bigger picture.
• Set up governance, reporting, tools and controls.
• Collaborate with senior sponsors and SMEs to move decisions forward.
• Select and manage external delivery partners to high standards.
• Connect business needs with partner and technology expertise.
