Job summary

innocent drinks is seeking a Senior Transformation Project Manager to drive our most complex business and technology transformation initiatives across Enterprise Services. You’ll lead cross-functional teams from idea through delivery, define scope, governance and controls, and partner with senior sponsors to move decisions forward.

• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional transformation projects from definition to delivery.
• Strong fundamentals in planning, governance, reporting, risk management and delivery control.
• Ability to connect complex information, challenge assumptions and create clarity from ambiguity.
• Tenacity to move decisions, budgets and dependencies forward while balancing pace, quality and outcomes.
• Confidently influence senior sponsors, teams, and external partners without formal authority.
• Experience in fast-paced, outcomes-focused environments with adaptable approaches.
