Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager with extensive Programme and Portfolio Management experience to lead complex client transformation initiatives across sectors. You will drive governance, budgeting, and engagement strategies while shaping offerings with automation and advanced tooling.

You will mentor teams, contribute to internal training, and help advance our P3M methodologies within a matrixed organisation. Scotland-based, UK market focus.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading multi-supplier transformation programmes across industries.
Expertise in governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
Experience in hybrid delivery models and automation-focused improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead shaping, planning and delivery of medium and large scale client transformations.
Manage budgets, resources, billing and contracts for engagements.
Develop delivery strategies and new offerings using existing assets and automation.
Lead the Programme and Change Practice and deliver on current strategy.
Contribute to internal training pathways to upskill consultants in automation and P3M.
Structure and lead teams on client delivery and mentor junior team members.
