Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Transformation Programme Lead (Band 8c) in Preston. You will provide senior leadership for major transformation and reconfiguration programmes, working with clinicians, executives and system partners to deliver strategic objectives and improved patient outcomes.

The role requires autonomous leadership, strong governance and complex stakeholder management within a multi‑organisation environment.

Qualifications

Senior transformation programme lead with extensive programme management experience.
Experience leading major change initiatives within health and care environments.
Ability to work with senior clinicians, executives and system partners.
Formal leadership qualification and recognised project-management credentials.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate major clinical transformation programmes across a large health system.
Establish governance, reporting and risk management arrangements for programmes.
Collaborate with senior leaders across organisations to deliver objectives.
Develop strategic and business case documentation and benefits plans.
Represent the Provider Collaborative at governance forums and stakeholder meetings.
