Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Technical Transformation Lead to drive delivery across large-scale infrastructure and migration workstreams in a major enterprise transformation programme. You will influence senior technology leaders and executive stakeholders to ensure objectives are delivered promptly while balancing risk and governance requirements.

Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation or migration programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience across multiple infrastructure and application domains.
Track record of delivering in complex enterprise environments.
Ability to work with senior technology and executive stakeholders.
Strong risk, dependency and issue management experience.

Responsibilities

Drive progress across complex migration and transformation workstreams.
Remove delivery blockers, risks and dependencies.
Influence technical and business stakeholders to accelerate decision-making.
Coordinate activities across infrastructure, applications, cloud, security and architecture teams.
Escalate and resolve issues impacting programme delivery.
Challenge existing approaches and drive pragmatic outcomes.
Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
