Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) Europe’s Strategy & Commercial Operations team seeks a senior professional to drive change management and transformation initiatives. You will lead adoption, communications, and capability-building across strategic programmes, partnering with executives and HR to embed new capabilities.

In this role, you will design engagement strategies, develop toolkits and playbooks, measure outcomes, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading change management, business transformation or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Experience in complex transformation programs within matrixed organizations.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leaders.
Experience developing communication and enablement strategies to drive adoption.
Experience delivering learning and capability-building programs.
Experience in digital, platform or AI-enabled transformations is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead change management activities across strategic programmes and business transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute change strategies for new processes, tools and platforms.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and create engagement plans.
Support adoption across VCA Europe with governance and best practices.
Design engagement and communication strategies to build awareness and advocacy.
Measure adoption outcomes and report progress and risks.
