Job summary

EY in Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager in Transformation Architecture to drive sustainability and transformation ambitions for energy clients. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape innovative solutions, and manage complex engagements across the energy sector.

You’ll develop and strengthen client relationships, apply strategic thinking, and contribute to EY’s growth by delivering high-quality outcomes while upholding risk and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive energy sector experience in Ireland or internationally, including with industry or consulting organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with Board/C-suite engagement experience.
• Proven business development and client relationship management track record.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Experience leading strategic, transformation or sustainability programmes in energy.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
